Our Mission Statement

Serving our communities and their members with honesty and professionalism.

HOA Community Solutions continuously strives to be a beacon of Excellence in the Community Association Management Industry.

Integrity - We believe in doing what is right... even when doing the "right" thing isn't the easiest thing to do.

Transparency - Honesty is not an option; it is the ONLY option.

Reliability - We strive to be a trusted partner and colleague with each of the communities we serve.

Diversity- Every community has its own unique culture. We value the differences and adjust to fit your needs.

Our managers serve as your Association's partner to help you build stronger, more effective communities; improving the "HOA Experience" for both the board members and the homeowners. Far too often, we hear new and prospective clients tell us about poor experiences with their last management company.  Companies  that wouldn't return their phone calls and emails, follow through with their promises of service, and ultimately left the Association with deep dissatisfaction.

In contrast, we strive to provide the best management support available in the market today - a reliable partner in your Association's success.  We certainly won't always be perfect or without error, but we will be accountable to our community partners.

Small By Design

Bigger isn't always better.  HOA Community Solutions, LLC, is privately owned and operated.  We leverage technology wherever we can to aid in keeping pricing as low as possible;  yet we maintain enough flexibility to tailor our services to meet the needs of our communities.  Providing a level of service and flexibility not often found in the industry today.

We take pride in our ability to offer a personalized approach to the community association business - setting us apart from our competitors.

Our office is located in Gig Harbor, Washington. Our managers provide service to communities located throughout the South Puget Sound region.
